With Tandemploy SaaS, colleagues within your company can find work circles quickly and easily.

Bringing Working Circles together is simple!

No more Excel spreadsheets and bulletins from HR! Tandemploy SaaS offers a smart tool that allows interested employees to find their own working circles on their own. A matching algorithm brings together complementary colleagues in small groups in which they can share their knowledge and support each other to achieve their goals.

The Specifics

The software is driven by your employees themselves (bottom-up!); i.e., your HR department is significantly relieved. In addition, the tool offers the chance to expand the working circle into the organization and proactively give your staff more room for collaborative work.

In addition to “working circles” in the narrow sense, this module can also be used for different forms of collaboration. The aim is always to match as many colleagues as possible for mutual support of individual challenges – in the form of working groups or smaller teams comprising more than two people.

Individually adapted to your Needs & Culture

The Working Circles module can be adapted in many ways to meet your individual needs and your specific corporate culture. This allows you to freely select the name of the module (“Working circles”, “Working groups” …).
