Work hack #44: Assign roles

Change happens when people take on responsibility. By assigning roles to employees who take the lead for certain change processes, their tasks gain importance. You want to increase the incorporation of digital tools into your work? – Appoint a “Digital Officer” or a “Miss Digital”, depending on which wording you identify with more. You want to integrate the topic of “healthy eating” more into your workday? – Appoint a “Chief Vitamin Manager” or a “CHFO.” Each role should have a specific description that shows responsibilities and tasks and that all employees have access to.
