Self-reflection is the first step towards change. Only by making ourselves aware of certain thought and behavioral patterns can we attempt to disrupt them. Team meetings are an excellent place to start. The goal: to reveal the various different inner motivators of the participants. To achieve this, each verbal contribution must be classified briefly in advance: Is it a question, a reaction to a previous contribution (if so, to which one specifically?) or is it about venting your frustrations? By the way, the latter is entirely justified as long as it is meant as an expression of emotion and not as criticism of the content.
Tipp: The method works best with the presence of a moderator who makes sure that everyone follows the rules while also monitoring the interpersonal dynamics.
