On a normal day at the office, you do a multitude of things – answer emails and phone calls, update colleagues – and at the end of the day, you feel like you haven’t completed half of what you set out to do in the morning. In order to really dig into a specific topic or project, you need a quiet environment and above all: no interruptions. Therefore, the Focus Hour rules are as follows: mail program off, answering machine on, no conversations and (at least) 60 minutes of quiet work time for EVERYONE.
Work Hacks are simple, yet original, methods that can be implemented quickly and directly. They improve collaboration and results in the work context.
