Project Staffing is easy to implement!

No more project teams that are always composed of the “usual suspects.” No more manual and time-consuming staffing! Tandemploy SaaS offers a digital tool that helps the perfect project teams come together in no time: project managers or initiators specify which competencies they lack – and a smart alert system informs only the colleagues who have the right expertise and are looking to collaborate on a project.

The Specifics

The software is driven by your employees themselves (bottom-up!). This significantly relieves your HR department or managers. In addition to HR and management, employees can also set up projects or initiatives and search for comrades-in-arms, all of course within the framework of their individual goals and the rules of the game. Smart matching also identifies colleagues who have not or have hardly been on project teams – but who are perfectly qualified. Hidden and unused potential is discovered and department heads can be relieved that it’s not always the same employees from their teams who are involved in projects.

In addition to major projects initiated by the management, initiatives and ideas from the workforce can be consciously promoted and accelerated – and suitable colleagues can be found quickly.

Individually adapted to your Needs & Culture

The project module can be adapted in many ways to your individual needs and your specific corporate culture. Thus, you can freely choose the name of the module (classic “projects” or more open “initiatives”) and also decide whether you want to allow and encourage “bottom-up” initiatives and ideas right from the start.
