Tandemploy SaaS is a smart tool that helps your staff to find each other for mentoring tandems independently and on their own initiative. A matching algorithm brings together the colleagues who can perfectly support each other on particular issues and questions and share their valuable knowledge.

The Specifics

The software is driven by your employees themselves (bottom-up!); i.e., your HR department is significantly relieved. In addition, the tool offers the opportunity to proactively and broadly support mentoring in the organization, thus allowing significantly more employees – and therefore your company – to benefit. The mentoring module of the Tandemploy SaaS matches colleagues for an everyday, lively exchange of knowledge and personal (career) development. Additionally, it supports an intergenerational, interdisciplinary and intercultural exchange within the organization.

In addition to classic mentoring constellations (often “career mentoring”), Tandemploy SaaS can quickly and effectively identify mentoring partners for intergenerational exchanges, contacts for onboarding, or simply colleagues for a quick exchange of knowledge.

Individually adapted to your Needs & Culture

The mentoring module can be adapted in many ways to your individual needs and your specific corporate culture. Thus, you can freely choose the name of the module (very concrete “mentoring” or more general “knowledge transfer”) and also decide whether you want to make all 6 dimensions of matching available right at the beginning.
